What are the resources that you can draw on or you rely on? I usually get vaccinated. I usually get a flu vaccine. I haven't lately, but I usually get like a flu vaccine or things like that. That's just you know, cold and flu avoidance, you know, hand washing, things like that. Again, my activity is not as good during the winter. But I don't drink, I don't smoke, so I don't have any of those kind of bad habits that get worse in the winter. So that's, that part is not a problem, it's just really eating. Sure. And Bill, do you find that your emotional or mental health shifts during the winter? And if it does, how does that impact your motivation or health choices? Oh, very much. Yeah, I do. You know, I'm probably bordering on, you know, seasonal adjustment disorder. I get, tend to get, it's, as an adult, it's not as bad as it used to be when I was younger. I used to get very depressed in the winter. It's not so bad these days. I'm definitely sure. I mean, I make lousy food choices. You know, I go for the lazy choice most of the time, you know, when I'm eating, I order out, I buy packaged food, you know, I'll sit and eat cookies and watch a movie or whatever, you know, I'd say yeah, definitely, you know, it affects my energy level to the point where I'm not as motivated to go out, do things, I'm not motivated to cook for myself, I'm not motivated to eat healthy, for sure. And what kind of support do you find helpful, or wish you had, to get through the winter healthily? I mean, support from professionals, community? I wish I had, you know, a workout partner or accountability partners or things like that. That would be, you know, wonderful. You know, if I, if I knew somebody was waiting at the gym for me on, you know, after work, I would show up. Uh, so that, that kind of thing would be, would be great, but, you know, nobody I know, we either, we don't live close enough together where that would make sense or they're just not interested. So everybody kind of has their own lives and I don't really have anybody to do that with.
