Longer days and shorter nights can disrupt routines. Have you noticed any changes in your sleep or energy levels? And if you have, how do you cope with that? Energy levels are good. Like I said before, my energy levels in the spring and summer are much, much higher. My sleep does get affected because I tend to wake up very early in the summer. Like these days I'm awake at five o'clock, which is, you know, the winter I'm not. I don't tend to stay up too much later than normal. I'm usually in bed by 9.30, 10-ish, 11 at the latest. I've noticed lately, and this is the new, or maybe it's just because I'm getting older, but I do get by on less sleep. I get by pretty well on six, six and a half hours of sleep. I prefer to get seven or eight, but in the winter I need it, and in the summer I can get by on much less. Sure. I know you alluded to previously, what changes do you notice in your food choices or physical activity in the summer? And are there particular things you do differently to stay well in the summer? Stay well. Well, you know, I work at home. I'm very fortunate. And so, yeah, that's very helpful in the winter because I avoid community colds and viruses and things like that. So working at home more than anything keeps me just generally day to day healthy. In the I drink a lot more water, for sure, as opposed to, say, a soda or coffee. I still drink those other things, but I tend to drink a couple liters of water every day once the weather starts getting warmer, whereas in winter I kind of have to remind myself that that's a good idea. So yeah, I definitely tend to eat lighter meals. I tend to eat smaller meals more frequently during the summer as opposed to winter where I kind of feel like it's cold and I just want a lot of hot food all at once. I don't know why that is, but I guess I want to stock up like a bear in the winter, but in the summer I just tend to eat lighter meals as well.
