Managing the transition, absolutely. Thank you very much. So, if you were encouraging someone else to prioritise their health in the fall, what advice would you give? Draw on your own insights or lived experiences? I would say to be in preparation. Don't allow yourself to get into the fall without having some sort of plan to manage your days, especially if you know you're a working parent or you know you have responsibilities and all of a sudden you have so much to do throughout your day besides work I think it's best to just try to like I said establish a routine try to and try to stick to it as well. Right, right okay thank you very much and how do you stay motivated or connected to healthy habits during this time of the year? Is there a behavior, mindset, or tool that helps? My mindset is just to be prepared because I grow off of past experiences that may not be so well or so good in my experience. So I draw off of that and I tell myself that the following year that I'm going to do better certain areas so that I don't have to face those type of difficulties or issues specifically related to health such as getting sick around a certain time or feeling tired or overwhelmed because I'm not getting enough rest, those type of things. Right, and what could LifeBridge HealthShare community do to support you and others through the fall and into the winter? Ideas for engagement, conversation or resources? Once again, the educational piece of it, but also, I guess, maybe giving us resources to, I guess, maybe like, for instance, resources like local gyms or centers that help increase your motivation to exercise, webinars for healthy eating, maybe explaining how there There are seasonal foods, and that in the fall, it's best to eat this type of foods to help, you know, keep yourself healthy and things of that nature. Yeah, just those basic things.
