winter. Okay, let's do the next one. What helps you stay well in the winter months? Any specific strategies, habits or resources? I talked to my family more I thought I have come from a very large family. There's nine of us and we're all still here. Thank God our parents are not but but we're all still here. And we have like a little pool, you know? So like, if I'm feeling like, oh my goodness, you know, then Brian will call, you know, Louis and say, call Jackie today, you know? And I get motivated and full of love when my family's around me or my children, you know? It's just me. It really, it brings me a whole different look. I can be like, say I'm struggling, you know, because it happens, you're struggling with like, what are you gonna eat today? You know, I can't have any more carbs or whatever it is. And then, you know, you get this phone call and you get distracted from what's on your mind at the moment, kind of nicer environment. And then you hang up and you're feeling like, I got this, you know, I got support even though they don't even know it, you know? So the telephone helps, cooking the soups because I feel like I'm an artist when I'm cooking because I love to chop. So I chop everything under the sun and I have so much fun. So, so that I just try to do things that are colorful or they like talking, bringing in something different, you know, and I color and I write, I do write. I love in the winter, I write much more, but I write letters all the time. I write to my nieces and my nephews. I'm, my niece is learning cursive, so I write her in cursive. And when I get mail, it really puts your head in a whole different place. I love getting mail. And when I send mail in the winter to someone's home that can't get out, I even send it to like older people, you know, just you would not believe the happiness it brings them to get a letter in the mail. And getting that back radiating off of each other can really be good for your health. It really, I mean, I hope the world listens because when you help others because you wanna help them and you know you're struggling yourself and they're not really telling you anyway, it's really about you helping them and then just let it go. They don't owe you anything back except you're being kind. And that can keep your health and your psyche so much up. Much up, look up.
