As opposed to kind of those like exercise goals, if that makes sense? Absolutely, absolutely it does. It's very, very much relatable and resonant with others' expectations and experiences. So if you could give someone advice about staying healthy in the winter, what would you tell them based on your own experience? Yeah so again these are kind of conversations that I would have with social prescribing clients, you know trying to get people out of the house during the winter months was really really tricky, especially people don't want to drive, it's not necessarily safe if you're not super steady on your legs you know it can be quite icy, you know you've got a huge amount of kind of physical factors to contend with but I think if you can find something that really brings you joy and you feel really excited about and just really trying to really trying to force yourself to go to those sorts of things during the day I think just getting out if you can I think we can get real cabin fever in winter if we're not careful you know there's not a lot of things drawing us out during winter you know everything looks a a bit bleak, it's a bit frosty sometimes. I mean last winter we had a huge amount of rain, which was really tricky. So maybe even finding something that's outside of the house but inside, you know, our libraries have so many fun activities that I think we forget that they exist. Community centres, there's a huge amount of free physical, we've got the strength and balance exercises running in Bracknell that are free, you don't have to book. So that's kind of what I was talking about earlier I think finding those things in winter that make you feel a bit excited to leave the house for and I know that sounds really bleak but it's kind of one of those things where you you have to feel that motivation and that want to go to make it more enjoyable. So I think yeah my advice would be just finding those things that really excite you, booking them in and having things to look forward to and scheduling reasons to leave the house. I think that would be my biggest advice.
