If you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health this spring, what would you say to them? What kind of motivation or support would you share? So for me, I think the first thing I would share is that you're the captain of your ship. Because I say that a lot. We can only have control of ourselves. Nobody else can work on our body. We sit down at the end of the night, we're just with us. So the motivation for me to give someone else would be to try one thing. If you're really off, you know, with your health, one thing that you can stop for like a week, just one thing, and then quietly work together and add on. Just take a walk from the kitchen to the bedroom. I know you do hear a lot of my friends say, I don't like to walk. I said, well, then you know what? If you're working in the kitchen, just take a walk to the bedroom. Don't carry five things, carry one thing. When you're in the kitchen cooking, you know what? You're waiting by the stove, pick up a can. You know, you don't have to join a health club. You just have to think about yourself and your wellbeing. I'm really, for me, it's really a new story. You know, with diabetes and everything, it's a new story. And because it's a disease, it's not gonna go away, but you can live with it. So it really is, you've got to motivate. And it's good when you have people, so they understand that you're not alone. There's a whole bunch of us. We're not alone. Just people don't always talk about it. So I like encouraging people when they feel they're struggling. Cause I struggle myself. Super duper. You gotta tell me if there's more people like you around.
