Duplex Ultrasound Assessment of Venous Reflux

A video demonstrating how Venous Duplex scanning is used to detect venous insufficiency. Properly functioning valve in the veins of the leg allow blood flow in the upward direction only. When valves are faulty, the blood returns back down under the force of gravity.
