How does the winter affect your overall health and well-being? I think energy level, think motivation, routines, mental health. I think I have a lot less motivation in winter and I'm probably just getting a bit of a rut I guess. It's cold, I don't want to go out and exercise. I definitely feel like I get out of routine in winter to just kind of keep myself happy in the dark months. And I feel less guilty about it as well, I think. Cool, okay, second question. What do you find most challenging about looking after yourself, after your health during winter? You mentioned stuff, but this could include colder weather, fewer daylight hours, changes in activity or habits. I feel like I, Yeah, I have a lot less energy in winter, but I sleep a lot more. So sorry, what was the question again? What do you find most challenging about? I think I find it just hard to actually motivate myself to stay healthy, more to do with the fitness side of things so I don't really like exercising that much in winter it's dark. I also I'm in jumpers and coats all season so I don't feel the pressure I guess to stay on top of like staying in shape as much etc and because it's so cold I then prioritize just staying warm and healthy and you know after work I'll I don't know I'll make dinner and then kind of go to bed. I don't feel like I'm missing out on on exercise etc in winter as much. Are there any things you feel you manage differently in winter compared to other seasons? Thinking about routine changes? I think I probably give myself a bit more leeway in winter to kind of fall off routine, which is probably not a good thing because you should do it all year round and that's why I then struggle to then get back into it so much. But yeah, I think I just prioritise kind of like staying well it can be affected by like winter bugs like colds and things so in that situation I'll probably prioritise like then getting better and probably prioritise more around eating or you know taking vitamins etc in the winter rather than the exercise part which probably doesn't work that well for my health but it's just what I do.
