So let's talk about and explore health and well-being in the colder months of the winter season. My first question would be, how does winter affect your overall health and well-being? of energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, etc? Yeah, winter is definitely the hardest for me. Winter is one where I think it is harder to be motivated. There's a lot more illness in my house, especially with having three kids that are back in school. They tend to bring everything and anything home and we no doubt are getting sick in the house with all sorts of fun things for the winter. I think between allowing us time to recover from illnesses, it being colder, not being able to get out as much pending what the weather is doing, feeling isolated and feeling like I can't go anywhere, I can't do anything, that all very much impacts my mental health for sure. And so it can definitely disrupt my energy levels and and then impact my motivation to want to stick to healthier habits in the winter. I think that's the one that I need the most support is during the winter. And it's harder to get that support because the weather is bad or, um, you know, everybody's kind of feeling similarly and aren't motivated themselves. So support kind of dwindles a bit, unless it's, you know, around the holiday season, you know, holiday time or something like that. Um, so yeah, I definitely think the winter tends to be one of the hardest things for me for sure. you
