So you've got to get into the winter mindset and the first question is how does winter affect your overall health and well-being? Think about energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, that sort of stuff. Oh winter, I'd be happy because I love the holiday season, Oh my goodness, I basically start putting on my Christmas tree in October. My family hate it. So I'm happy during the winter months. I start watching my Christmas shows in October. The house is decorated. They'd be like, it's not even Halloween yet. So I love just doing different recipes with the different soups and stews and stuff like that. So the winter months is actually one of my good months. I love being on my couch, watching my shows. I love when it's snow, just looking at the snow. So I really enjoy the winter months. I cook more in the winter. I meal prep more in the winter time. And I get a lot of housework done, like stuff you put off for years and stuff like that. I tend to do that during the winter months. So, and I also do a lot of charity work during the winter months, just handing out coats and stuff to the homeless and things like that. So I'm in a good season, a good place in the winter time. Okay, those are all the positives, but what do you find most challenging about looking after your health during winter? And you could include colder weather, fewer daylight hours, changes in activity or habits. Probably gaining weight. I think I gained weight in the winter time because I'm cooking more, indulging in those comfort foods, the bread and things like that. Is the holiday season, you're baking more. So I think the gain in weight is some of the challenges that I probably face during the winter months. Yeah, I get that. Are there any things you feel you've managed differently in winter compared to other seasons? I mean, do your routines change? Do you adapt your behavior? Um, so my routine probably changed a little bit, um, because during that time I'm probably more involved with my grandkids and their schooling and things like that. And for, um, is health and things just trying to stay, um, germ free, um, infection free during that time, because, you know, it's so much going on through the winter months. I do have to go into office and work, so it's not like I'm home working. just being exposed to different things and by me being my immune system being compromised, I need just to be careful with that. So I just try to prepare a little bit better by buying additional vitamins and things like that and just messing up since the pandemic. I still mess up when I mess up when I go outside. Amazing. What do you think helps you stay well in the winter months?
