Let's explore your health and well-being in the colder months ahead. How does the winter affect your overall health and well-being? I mean, energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, etc.? Yeah so I think I've sort of touched on this a bit as I kind of lumped autumn and winter together but I feel like winter is kind of like the more severe version so we do typically get very cold winters here and energy levels and motivation are obviously going to drop. I don't think we get out and see people as much and I think the thing that I struggle with as well is I've got a November birthday and you know we've got bonfire night, Halloween, We've got Christmas and New Year and I think all of those things are really exciting and I think, you know, we go out and see friends and we celebrate and we go to parties and Christmas markets and it's all really lovely. And then I think we get lumped into mid-January or kind of feel like the trenches, and I think they're the things that we don't really talk about as much. So when I think about energy levels and motivation during winter, I'm thinking about January, February, March, those are kind of like the months that I think I really struggle with mentally more than anything else. I think there are so many issues that come along with like the cold weather and the dark nights, we get ill a lot more, we get coughs, colds, flus, you know, things are spreading around the office, you get over one illness and it feels like you're hit with something else. Financially it can be really, really challenging, you know, our electricity bills are extortionate here and trying to heat your home to the point where you're not getting mould, because mould in our homes here is a really big issue, you know, there's, I think there's just a lot more things to worry about during winter, and also Christmas is really expensive as a time, so I think you're kind of thrust into January, you've kind of got no money, it's really cold, I don't think, you're kind of fatigued with seeing people at that point as well because you've kind of, all of the festivities, I think at that point you're like, oh I just need some time. So I think those are the things that I struggle with, but in terms of kind of staying motivated through that, you know, you've got your New Year's resolutions which can obviously be a really like a really difficult time as well because you feel guilty if you don't set them, you feel guilty if you've broken them by the second week of January, but I think as I've got older I've tried to make that a really intentional time, so kind of looking at New Year's resolutions but not looking at so much as that but kind of setting more kind of long-term goals you know what I want to be within myself and what I want to achieve more broadly rather than kind of oh I'm not going to eat chocolate or I'm not going to do this you know kind of setting unrealistic goals and just setting myself up for failure. Excellent thank you very much and what do you What do you find most challenging?
