To better support people during the winter, think about preparation, communication, or types of care? You know, I don't know anything, I can't think of anything specifically. I know for a lot of people, holidays are very difficult, either because of loneliness or because of unhappy families. You know, I've dealt with both of those things in my life. So sometimes the holidays can just be emotionally hard. And when you're having that kind of stress in your life, it's very easy to not eat. People turn to food for comfort, you know what I mean? And so I think winter can be as much about your mental health as it is about eating habits or activity, because when you lose the first one, the second one just goes right out the door. I think acknowledging that is important, too. I think sometimes it's just saying, holidays are tough sometimes. I think that helps people a lot, just acknowledging that maybe your family doesn't look like the family in the TV commercial, you know, I think that's, I think people, I do it, and I'm sure there are a lot of people that, you know, get very, they perform at themselves and get very upset because their life doesn't look like what's in the picture. And I think, you know, if looking at it holistically, if you're looking at physical health, I think that emotional component is part of it as well. What a nice way to round off and conclude our conversation, Bill.
