how-to as well. Amazing. Okay. Do you find that your emotional or mental health shifts during the winter? How does that impact your motivational health choices? yeah I would say so I think I'm definitely like not sad in winter but my like overarching mood is definitely probably lower in winter than summer so my like baseline mood when I wake up on a winter day is definitely not as happy or motivated as I would on a sunny day but then I guess you get I feel like I get used to that feeling so and then when spring comes around it's a really sunny day you have like a really happy moment think oh my god I've just realized sad I've been for the last like four months. So yeah, I think it does, the weather does definitely affect like how motivated or energetic I feel to go and do things. Brilliant, amazing. What kind of support do you find helpful or wish you had to get through the winter healthily? And that could be from your professionals, you know, your friends and family, community or peers I think from peers or from friends and family, doing things with friends makes me feel, makes me more motivated. So if we do like, you know, if I do a run with one of my friends or like my boyfriend, I'm always more motivated to do that. Whereas if it's just myself, I'll kind of just, I don't really have any discipline on my own, I'll just stay inside them because it's too cold. Whereas if I've made a plan with someone, I then see that is the motivation because I don't want to let them down. But I probably am less bothered about letting myself down, which is probably not great. But yeah. Really, really excited. Okay. If you could give someone advice about staying healthy in winter, what would you tell them? Um, I would say, be kind to yourself and do what is going to make you happy. So if you don't want to go outside in the rain, then, you know, you could do something indoors or whatever kind of would suit them. And also small steps, again, like the overwhelming feeling, just start small, and then you can make bigger steps following that.

Exercising alone can feel difficult, doing it with friends is the best!
