How do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to health. Think about routine, energy levels, or well-being. Delia, would you please turn on your camera? Yes, summer routine. Sorry about that. I'm in between cooking, making sure that everything's okay. I would say, you said I came in my summer Okay, let me ask again, how do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to health in the summer in terms of routine, energy levels or well-being? I would say the summer honestly becomes a bit more challenging because the weather is changing and as the season changes, you know, the heat is rising. Me personally, I've had issues with staying hydrated most of my life. So I really have to be aware and take extra precaution in drinking enough water, making sure that I'm getting electrolytes to make sure that I maintain energy so that way I don't experience any fainting or lightheadedness throughout the day. Yes, I would just say just making sure that I am just retaining enough energy to be able to get throughout the day. I'm being aware of how much I'm exercising so I'm probably going to add more exercises or yoga or just something that's going to keep my body active in a certain way but not exhaust my energy. So it's kind of challenging in learning a new kind of balance rather than in the springtime or the winter or the fall. So just make an adjustment when it comes to routines, I would say, appropriately. Excellent, thank you very much. And with this in mind, do you find that holidays or travel affect how you manage your health? And in what ways? Holidays? No, I would say probably holidays. I have more options when it comes to food sources, but I don't think that one day truly affects my health negatively or positively. And then you also said travel. I don't really travel often, at least far distances. I travel probably within 30 minutes to an hour. And then maybe on the weekends I have been used to traveling maybe up to four hours at a time. So I would say not really. traveling doesn't really affect my health or anything of that sort as long as I'm continuing and being consistent with my routines. If I am going to travel long distances I'm going to be sure that I pack the certain nutritional needs so that way I'm not getting lightheaded or I don't feel like it's a drag throughout the day. Thank you very much and longer days and shorter nights can disrupt routines. Have you noticed any changes in your sleep or energy levels and how do you cope with that? I would definitely say there are changes in sleeping patterns during the summer. I'll probably cope with that the best in being more mindful about my sleep routine and just being actually adding more discipline in the sleep routine, making sure that I am getting at least six hours of sleep, but I don't even like only getting six hours of sleep. I prefer to have eight because I know if I have eight, I am less likely to have any risk of any health injuries or any health problems during the day when carrying out any actions or responsibilities that needs to be carried out. I would say that just making sure that time management is really important. It is honestly a bit difficult with the longer day, well it seems like it's longer days and shorter nights for me pertaining to the summer. So just making sure that I'm being mindful and I'm not allowing the sun to keep me up at too late of a time and just making sure that I'm disappointed in that.
