Absolutely, thank you very much for rounding it off very, very well. Couldn't agree more. And are there things that you feel you've managed differently in winter compared to other seasons, do your routines change or do you adapt your behavior? I know you have touched on some of the points or actually several points, but I'm sorry, just to get a bit more perspective out of you. So are there things you feel you manage differently in winter compared to other seasons? And does that impact on your routines and how do you adapt? Yeah, I think, yeah, I think that's a really important point because I think your routine, I think you have to be quite strict with a routine. Firstly, I think that what I do myself anyway, I think if I don't have a routine, that's when you kind of find yourself like not really going out, you keep kind of maybe making meals that aren't nutritionally what you need. So I think for me, as we move through winter, I kind of have to have a more strict routine because that, the less you have to think about forcing yourself to do certain things, if you just create a routine and a habit you're kind of removing that internal struggle a little bit, you know, if you're kind of creating those habitual things like going out for a walk or meal planning, being really kind of trying to eat seasonally to keep the costs down as well, I think being more mindful of those things just makes your life a bit easier. So yeah I think creating a routine, because I don't think I have a huge amount of routine throughout kind of spring and summer, so kind of creating a routine to fall back on to kind of find comfort in I think is really important. And I think my behaviour changes to more that kind of overall feeling of being kind to yourself and looking after yourself and looking in and kind of really thinking about what you need because I think if you're not careful throughout winter you're going to become really deficient in things, I'm always really mindful of that. So I always kind of try and keep on top of like vitamin C and vitamin D and just I think being on with that side of things than I would the rest of the year. And I think again scheduling things with friends further in advance I think is really important. I found myself doing that in the last week actually, is really trying to book things in and having things to look forward to I think is really important. So when you say like do you change your routine, I think for me it's actually just creating a really solid routine that I feel comfortable in and having things to look forward to and having a meal plan and just giving yourself a bit of structure to the day so that you don't feel like your day is ending really quickly. Because I think in summer you can sort of be a bit more free-flowing and plans come up and it doesn't really matter and you can kind of just be a bit more free but I think if I don't plan things I just won't do anything. I think I'd be quite guilty of just staying inside and not really seeing people and not really exercising that much and probably not eating the things that I should because I think my body sort of lies to me a little bit during winter. It doesn't want to do the things that I'm saying is good so I think having that routine and being really mindful and intentional about the things that I want to do. I think that is kind of how you kind of stay motivated and kind of get through those winter months. Absolutely. And on that note, what helps you to stay well in the winter months? Do you have any specific strategies, habits or resources you rely on and you'd like to share? Is this to stay healthy in general? Sorry. you
