Right, Kathy. So spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings. What health related changes or intentions are you considering right now? Well, this is a gorgeous day today. First of all, I love this weather. It gives me an opportunity now to get outside. I have a small yard, but previous homeowners loved to garden. I'm not a big gardener, but there's a lot of work to be done. So, you know, when we have this beautiful weather like this today I'd love to get outside and do some yard work and pull some weeds and you know cut some flowers and just I got my front porch all cleaned up and cleaned the lawn furniture and hung some twinkle lights in the tree so I can just sit out on my porch and enjoy, read a book, whatever. So I love this time of year and this kind of weather that we're having right now. And my eating habits also change in the spring, where the winter, it's a lot soups and stews and warm comfort foods and things like that. This time of year, I start with more of the salads and the fruits and vegetables and grilling outside and change up my diet and my routine and eating lighter and getting more activity. Are there any personal goals you're hoping to start or restart as the season changes? Just keeping active. I had a bad year last year, and I had some health problems last year. In fact, it was a year ago this week, I was in Northwest for nine days with sepsis from a kidney stone. So last summer was pretty much shot. So this spring, this summer, I'm feeling so much better. I'm just really looking forward to being outside more and just enjoying it. Have you ever made a health resolution in spring that really worked for you? And if so, what helped make it a success? I tend not to make resolutions because I can't stick to them. You know, I'm just a generalized goal of, you know, doing more, being more active. And the one goal that I do have for this spring and this summer, since I have such wonderful neighbors is to have more get-togethers with some of my neighbors, have some cookouts and tea parties and whatever, Sunday brunch, because there's a group of us that gets together semi-regularly. We kind of slacked off lately over the winter, so ready to get back on track with that, with the socializing with my friends and neighbors.
