Sure. And have you discovered any strategies that help you stay on track with your health in the summer? I mean, what works for you and would you recommend anything to others, to people around you? Well, yeah, what works for me is if I know the heat index is going to be very high that day, I will plan the day before, hopefully, or try to, to try to get as many things that I have to do that would keep me outside, get it done earlier, when it's cooler, so that won't have to have that burden of being outside in extremely high temperatures. Temperatures around in the part of the country I live in play a great role in what you do and what you don't do. Sometimes it's too hot to do anything, so things just close down because it's too hot. But so, yeah, so I look out for that on a daily basis in the summer because to me that's the one thing that could really hurt me, to get overheated or not be hydrated enough.
