On that rejoicing note, do you find that your emotional or mental health shifts during the winter and how does that impact your motivation or health choices? Yeah, definitely. It's a shift. It's a definite shift. The whole mindset of, you know, being out long, late, when it's light, when the summer is gone, now is, you know, I don't want to do as much, excuse me, I'm not as motivated. And the holidays, like I said, can come along and that can perk you up because you know they are what they are and you're around family that's nice um but overall i try to take care of my health because oh that's the other thing thanksgiving the food all that food it turns me off i mean because i want semi-glutides which is what it's supposed to do but every time i think about like oh gosh all i want is like two little morsels of something you know and i just dread having to see all this food but that's me trying to work on my situation with the food and losing weight. But I definitely want to eat healthier. I still maintain eating healthier. I check in on my friends and make sure everybody's healthy. And before people want to come visit me, I'm saying, hi, how are you feeling? How's your health? So I don't need to bring any, you know, straggling, straggling throats or strep throats over my house. So I'm mindful of who I'm around and why I am limiting myself. And it's not again, I don't equate it with a depression. I just, it's a mindset that this is where I used to be and I'm going to be okay until those eight weeks of winter go away and I look forward to that.
