Is there anyone who speaks out to you around the springtime and what are you doing if anything act on it? I think, I don't know, I think I feel like I sleep worse when it's warmer weather, lighter mornings, lighter nights, but I always find, I mean year round it's not just stress, not just spring, but I find like managing stress probably like the top of my list is something that I probably need to be better at, because I can feel like quite anxious a lot of the time for various things, just day to day. But I guess as well with spring, you can get outside at lunchtimes, etc. So I find it a bit more positive on my mindset in those times, if that makes sense. Yeah, thank you for sharing that. That's important and personal, actually. So what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals in spring? And you could talk about family, community, reminders, planning, mindset. I know you've spoken about it already, but is there anything that's sort of jumping out at you in terms of what support do you helps people stay on track with their health goals and strengths? I think being supportive but not, I mean it depends person to person but I feel support can sometimes feel intimidating so ensuring that the support there for people isn't intimidating and it's not not lecturing or kind of super intense, it's more supportive and it's holistic to suit their needs. So depending on what support they might need or what bits they might need to drop or pick up in terms of support that you can have, you can provide a holistic package. Also I think spring you feel like there's more light coming towards the end of the tunnel if that makes sense like summer is around the corner so I feel like it's easier to stick with goals because if you then have success if you've managed to I don't know lose weight and then you you're a goal weight in summer it feels more positive or motivational rather than going into the winter months because in the winter months people want to eat more it's Christmas it's dark outside, you don't want to go outside and exercise, you're not on a beach in a swimwear or whatever, I feel like spring is like the best time to set goals because summer's just around the corner. Thank you, that's really, really good. Okay, how do you feel?
