Connection and having the community feel, and on that note, are there things you feel you manage differently in the winter compared to other seasons? Do your routines change? Do you adapt to your behavior? Yeah, I mean, I definitely think there's gotta be some level of adaptation because, you know, the same things that we would do in the other seasons aren't as readily available. So, you know, I think for us, it goes back to two, like we do a lot more maybe like video calls with family and friends over the winter, if we can't see them and my kids wanna talk to, you know, their family or whatever, Like that's something that, that we can do to kind of adapt and make changes to. Um, I think also for me, a lot of times it does come back to like pre-planning. So if we know that, you know, we have things that are coming up that are going to be harder for us because there's a storm coming in or the kids have been sick, it's trying to make sure that we have like fallback meals in the freezer that are easy to throw in the oven and being able to make like routines like that a little bit differently in the winter time so that it's a bit easier and take some of that mental load off. Um, so I think, I think those are some of the things that tend to change. And, um, and also, again, I find the winter to be a season where it's more like giving yourself grace and knowing that sometimes things get uprooted because kids are sick or you're sick or, um, you know, things don't go as planned because of the weather or whatnot. And, and being able to say like, that's okay. happened and I'm going to pick back up and try to you know make a change in in this next step I'm taking and what does that look like so being able to be adaptable and knowing it's not the end of the world if things get derailed that you can get back on and can kind of get yourself back on whatever track you want to be on.
