So my next question is, what helps you stay well in the winter months? Any specific strategies, habits or resources you rely on? Yeah, so I think in the winter months it's sticking to my routines indoors and being able to continue to manage those routines even if they look different because I'm not as outside as much. So being able to do indoor workouts and things like that and having my dumbbells and weights that I can lift, having the treadmill that I can run on, things like that, that help with the winter time. I also think, of course, just being mindful of illnesses and setting good expectations with family and friends over you know keeping people out who are sick and if you're not feeling well not coming over and you know good hand hygiene and things like that over the winter that then can help our physical health especially as somebody with you know some other you know chronic things going on sometimes illnesses can just really wipe you out so being able to be kind of proactive in the sense of you know making sure we're taking the steps and what's within our control to have people have good hand hygiene, you know, keeping sick relatives from visiting and things like that to the extent that we can makes a really big difference. And then, you know, for me, it's also keeping up with like, you know, my flu vaccine and things like that, and just taking those steps to make sure that I'm covered to try to protect myself and my family and whatever other things that my, you know, doctors have recommended to me in the past, I think is really important to maintain over the winter as well.
