Thank you very much. And thinking about positive health behaviors and attitudes, are there any that feel especially relevant for you in the summer? And why that one? My attitude's about, reiterate that for me. My attitude's about- Yes, absolutely. This attitude. Okay. Thinking about positive health behaviors and attitudes. Yeah. Are there any that feel especially relevant for you in the summer and why that one, if there's particular attitude or behavior? To me, again, my attitude is one of positivity and happiness. And I get, I believe I'm solar driven because I thrive with sunshine. I just thrive with it. We just had three days of rain, bad rain, and I was so out of it. I was just totally out of it, but I just, I believe that again, the sun works with me and my attitude. I feel, wake up feeling positive and happy and ready to go. Until the few days that we have when it rains, it's challenging, but you know, I always say the sun's going to come up again soon and we'll just wait for that to happen. But I like to have a positive attitude about it. Splendid, thank you very much, absolutely. That positivity, positive attitude resonates very well and will indeed resonate very well with the community. And by the way, have you discovered any strategies that help you stay on track with your health in the summer? What works for you? Would you recommend anything to others? What I would recommend is that people start their day doing something. I have a vibration plate. I love, love, love my vibration plate. It does a lot for stamina, exercise, your core. It shakes up everything. I love it, lymphatic fluids. And so I would tell everybody start doing something if it's just not going to walk to the corner, walk to the store, if you have a store that's close by, go play a game of pickleball, go swim, anything, but try to do something because doing something is going to make a difference if you keep it up. Absolutely it does if you keep it up, couldn't agree more. And how do you stay supported or connected with your community or care providers during the summer months? What role do they play? Well, I love my portal. I use my portal. I'm getting a message to my nurse practitioner now because my pharmacy is going bankrupt. So I need to switch pharmacies. So I use my portal all the time to kind of keep up with my labs. And there's certain things obviously I don't know in the labs, I want them to explain. So we have a telehealth visit. So I use my portal to the best of its capability. I think that's important when keeping up because we know everybody can't get an appointment. Appointments can be hard. So if we can communicate smaller scale things, it's more effective for my overall health. Excellent, thank you very much. And my last question of this section is, what would a healthy summer look like for you personally? What are you going to achieve or maintain this scene? The continued weight loss is my goal. I've reached a plateau, so I've got to now kick exercise into a higher gear. So my goals would be to get out and get moving more. I'm going to practice what I preach. So it means I have to get on my vibration plate for two times a day, 10 minutes each or take a walk or do all three. That's something that's going to mean everything to my overall health.
