Excellent. And if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health in the spring, what would you say to them, Barbara? I would probably just suggest, you know, the community that I live in, a retirement community, Okay. And I'm in independent living. We have independent living assisted living and memory care my husband is in memory care, I'm in independent living. And so most of my suggestions would go to people who are still able to be independent. And I think the best way to encourage people around here to do that is to have them join me. you know, let's sit outside on the porch for 15 minutes tomorrow morning at 10 or, you know, whatever it might be. Excellent. And on that note, thinking about the kinds of behaviors and attitudes that support good health, is there one that really speaks to you right now? And if there is. Why? I guess the hardest thing for me right now is because of the situation, maintaining focus on positive aspects. And again, that's because of the situation with my husband. He has frontotemporal dementia. And, you know, I see because I live in the same community, I see him every day. And so that's always, this sounds more negative than I really mean it, but it feels like that's always lurking, waiting for me to, I know that that's going to be part of my day. And so I need to find things that let me focus on other things. So I'm not just spending the day dreading when I go over for my visit. it. Thank you very much for sharing this, Barbara. And what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals in the spring? I mean, family-wise, community-wise, reminders, planning, mindset, you know what I mean? I think mostly just having access to structured kind of things that are very convenient, you know, that we have, we have an exercise program here and they do a good job of making it fun. So you don't, you don't dread it. And the best way for me is to just make the assumption that I'm going to go, you know, I don't, I don't consider, okay, I don't really feel like going today. I just, I just go, it's 10, it's nine o'clock, it's time for go exercise and, you know, do that. And, you know, that's what works for me just having the mindset that's part of my day, you know, this is the way I start.
