Thanks for sharing that, we're creating using your interviews and other people's interviews an online community. How do you feel, and we call it health shared community, how do you feel a health shared community could help you or others build positive momentum during in the spring season? Well, you know, you can always, all the best, all the more input that you have for a decision or for an action, the better you can make it, you make your own decision. So, you know, it helps to have other people's opinions and it helps to, you know, honestly listen to them. You know, you don't have to listen to everybody. Everybody's got different opinions. Like when you go to the voting booth, you know, you can choose one or the other. It's the same with, you know, you don't have to listen to people, but it's always good just to listen to them, you know, to get their opinion, help form your own. Amazing. And the last question for spring is, as you look ahead over the next few months, what would a healthy spring look like for you personally? I'd be swimming and I'd be able to walk without using a walker. Right now I'm just starting to get around with taking steps, but I get dizzy and sometimes the back of my knee gives out, it feels like I'm gonna fall, so I still use the walker just in case. You know, I can still take steps, but sometimes you feel like, you know, just in case you go across uneven terrain or up and down steps. So my spring is going to be to be able to walk and start swimming and make it to the summer. So I can go to the beach. Beautiful, beautiful sharing. OK, so we'll cut that video and then we'll go on to summer.
