So what do you find most challenging about looking after your health during the winter? This could include colder weather, fewer daylight hours, changes in activity or habits. Yeah, so I think the things that make it the most challenging for me are definitely sticking to healthy habits. So you know, thinking about again, holiday times and needing to advocate for healthier options and choices at holiday gatherings with family and friends. That's something that's really challenging. That motivation kind of dwindling can be challenging. And thankfully, like I've mentioned, at least for physical activity, that's really imparted in my day-to-day routine. So that part's not as challenging for me to maintain, but I feel like it's a lot easier for me to just say, oh, I don't even feel like trying to make something healthy today. So I think I think those things in particular make it really challenging to stick to routine.
