Thinking about the kinds of behaviors and attitudes that support good health, you have alluded to them, thank you very much. So thinking about the kinds of behaviors and attitudes that support good health, is there one that really speaks to you right now, and if there is one, why that one? The one thing that sticks in my mind a lot this year, for example, is right now I have excellent health care. I have two health plans. I have Medicare because of my age. No, yeah, Medicare. And I also have Blue Cross and Blue Shield. So those two combined give me tremendous, excellent coverage. And I also have a great doctor at LifeBridge who I've been with for decades. So he and I have a pretty good relationship. The only thing I'm concerned about is if the healthcare in the country I live in, the United States, if that gets played around with too much and you start losing benefits. Right now I don't need them because I'm in my own mind and am pretty healthy for somebody my age, but what would happen if I would lose the benefits and not be able to get the care that I needed? That kind of worries me because I see it happening to a lot of people, but so far I've been fortunate, but I hope it stays. Sure. Absolutely. I fully understand that. And that's why I would want to ask what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals or with their health in in spring, family, community, reminders, planning, mindset? So- Well, you know, family and friends play an important part because if you start doing things and they see a difference in you, like weight loss or just a better attitude because you're getting more rest and can see life a little differently, just that support from family and friends makes an awful, to me makes the biggest difference. Because they're the ones who you see on a daily basis and they're the ones who have a lot to say in comments. So they make the number one difference to me. And with that in mind, Charles, how do you feel the Lightbridge Healthshed community that you know we're establishing could help you or others build positive momentum during the spring season? Well the Lifebridge community and so far as I've had to work with them thus far and mostly it's just when I go for my six-month checkups so on and so forth. they are excellent resources. I can go online to the LifeBridge website and get a variety of information about anything that I practically need. So that community itself does a tremendous job in reaching out as far as I see to to work with their clients, their patients, to make sure they have everything that they need to to, you know, keep keep going. So yes, they've been a very positive impact on in me personally.
