Okay, Steve, so how does winter affect your overall health and well-being in terms of energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, etc.? Okay, I think I definitely go down a bit emotionally, not as in depressed, but just let energy levels drop and can get the Monday morning blues a lot easier than in summertime, I find, especially if I'm going to a clinic and sitting in a room on my own making phone calls can be a bit, that sort of feeling that you have to watch out for. Yeah, mental health can go downhill a bit. I've had sad in the past where I felt just so low in energy and used the blue lamp thing to try and help my energy levels come up. So that's been a while since that happened. So it can affect me negatively when we go into winter. Yeah. Sure. Yeah, please. Sorry. No, I think I've said enough. Okay, all right. Okay, well, thank you very much. And on that theme, what do you find most challenging about looking after your health during the winter? I mean, in terms of, you know, colder weather, fewer daylight hours, changes in activity or habits? Yeah, yeah, can't get out in the evenings to cycle. But you can go for walks. And there are some walks locally, but it's usually damp and cold and not as much fun as when you do it in spring and summer. So it's, it's more of a, it's less enjoyable in winter to do these things than it is in summer. So yeah, so I go on the stationary bike rather than the outdoor bike, which is pretty boring, unless you're watching a video or something on TV. Yeah. So, yeah, it's easy to go to comfort eating. I deserve something like this and eat worse food. Yeah. And it's again, Christmas is a season of, it can be a season of overeating and indulgence, unfortunately. And then people need to lose weight and get depressed around New Year and make resolutions to lose weight and the cycle begins.
