Okay, brilliant. Here we go. So the first question about winter, how does winter affect your overall health and well-being? We're thinking energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health. Winter is, personally for me, winter is really challenging because of my health condition, because I'm a diabetic, as well as I'm suffering from migraines. So migraine attacks triggers more during the winter, and since the physical activities goes down during the winter, most of the time we are staying home, and even we are going outside our activities and you know physical activities are very limited during winter. That's why it is it is really challenging for me. Okay great. What do you find most challenging about looking after your health during the winter and this could include colder weather, fewer daylight hours or changing activity? Yeah, sometimes what happens, it is opposite of summer, sometimes it affects our routine as well. The winter nights are longer and we, sometimes we oversleep. That causes health issues. Personally for me, I have to maintain a strict sleeping time. I sleep half an hour extra or one hour extra it kicks off my headaches and migraines and this is something we should we all should be careful of like we are not over sleeping during the daytime it is cold as well and and and it's cozy inside home and people feel like sleeping during the the daytime as well. This is something challenging. Also during the winter kids are at home always and it's it's challenging to manage them as well because they get bored very very easily. Yeah, makes sense. Okay, next question. you
