Let's explore health and well-being in the colder months. My first question is, how does that winter affect your overall health and well-being? Energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, etc.? Yeah, well, winter is my least favorite season, and we get, we tend to, and we have snow, we have ice, things that are tragically, they can be tragic when you're driving and walking. So I tend to pretty much kind of hibernate, I find I start reading more books, I stay in the house more, I go to bed earlier, it's really, I do believe if I was ever diagnosed I would have that SAD thing going on, sudden seasonal affect disorder. Because I just completely, I tell everybody, I'm hibernating, you guys know you'll see me again around March. And I pretty much resigned myself mentally to saying, it's okay, you're going to be home and enjoy being home and be warm, no slipping on the ice and I'm protective of myself and my kids as they get older. So the mindset does shift, it definitely does. There's no doubt about it. and I'm not as active, I'll add that to it. Since I have that little machine downstairs, I can get on and do the shakes, the vibration plate, maybe that'll make me feel better too. This is something I can do indoors that makes me happy.
