How does the transition into autumn affect your overall health or daily routine? Um, well, the biggest health thing in the fall for me is getting my flu shot and my COVID shot and any other shots they need to give me, um, you know, um, and since I just turned 65, they told me now I have to get COVID shot twice a year. So I just got my semi-annual COVID shot a few weeks ago. Um, but that's, that's one of my big important things in the fall. I do not miss my flu shot. And now I don't miss my COVID shot either. I've not had COVID ever. So I keep getting my vaccinations and staying as healthy as I can. But I love the fall too. I love Halloween. And I have another friend who has a farm out in Frederick County. And she grows pumpkins. And she's a girl farmer, and I love to support her. So I can't wait for September to go out to the farm and buy a bunch of pumpkins and decorate the outside of my house for Halloween and put up the Halloween lights and play in the fallen leaves and keep active in the fall. But again, I'll go camping in the fall right up until the beginning of November. As long as it's upper 40s, that's a little chilly. But as long as it's in the 50s overnight, I'll sleep outside still. So going camping still throughout the fall. But I like to see the school bus stops right across the street from my house. I like to see the kids get back on the bus and head off to school, and enjoy the fallen leaves, and the apple cider, and the apple cider donuts, and all the Halloween, and then Thanksgiving preparations. I've tried to convince my older daughter to be the Thanksgiving chef, but my kids are like, no, we'd rather come to your house and let you cook. But that's always fun, getting prepped for the holidays and enjoying all that. And again, spending time with family and friends.
