Okay, thank you very much. And on that incorporating note, have you ever made a health resolution in the spring that really worked for you? And if you did, what helped make it a success So my health resolution was just to improve my stamina and be more fit. The walk, the walks definitely helped with that. So trying to make sure I walk at least to get in my steps per day. It doesn't have to. I mean, it's not a very brisk walk because I'm walking with smaller ones as well. but at least trying to incorporate that. And that I feel has had an impact on being more, just more energetic and, you know, also I was feeling some things. So I guess it's helped, you know, with joint pains and aches and things like that. So definitely feel more energized and fitter after starting walks. And that was the resolution I made as well for spring. Excellent and on that note if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health in the spring, what would you say to them in terms of motivation or support? I think in my community, the Asian community, it's people don't get out. At least in my family, what I've noticed is people don't, you know, get out much. They'll wait for a very hot day or when it's like 29-30 degrees. But I think once you just make that small change and see that this is what I'm going to do, because it's how it impacts your health in the long run. And see that, you know, stick to it and make sure that you can use devices like you know, the step more calculated that helps and motivates you or just reminding each other to do it. And having like short term goals, I think is helpful as well. Because you don't always see the impact it it has any help, but it does have an impact on your health. But just having the small goals, like today, I'm going to do say 500 steps, and then sticking to it and making sure you do it somehow. Building it into your routine, not something that's out of reach, something that's realistic. So just making sure that it's a realistic goal that you can build into your everyday routine, and that you stick to it. And maybe peer support can help motivate you as well, like making sure that you check in with your friend or your relative just to make sure that they've done what they said they were going to do and to motivate them that way. Excellent okay and thinking about the kinds of behaviors and attitudes that support good health, Is there one that really speaks to you right now? And if there is one, why that one? I think you need to be organized, that's a big one for me because everyone's busy, everyone has their busy day-to-day things, but if you're organized and you say, okay, tomorrow I'm going to wake up and so-and-so time, go for my walk or go to the gym, and then everything else I can build around that but making sure that you don't, not just sedentary during your breaks and things like that so you could just if you have a lunch break and you're working from home it becomes very difficult when you're working from home because you're always sitting down and stuff but if you put aside that time block out that time in your calendar and just say okay this is the time I'm going to use to go for my walk or go to the gym go for a swim whatever it is I think that helps. I think yeah you have to be organized and plan it out and have a positive sort of mindset that you're going to make sure you do it.
