So on that supporting note, how do you feel that, you know, a Bracknells Forest HealthShare community that we're establishing could help you or others build sort of positive momentum during them. Yeah, okay. You touched on it at the start of our conversation, you know, cycling and, you know, outdoor activities. Yeah, I mean, the resources, there are the resources around, but again, it is the awareness and the people are so busy working and going to school and tired at the end of the day, to encourage people to get out and exercise or do something in the house maybe, I think maybe more awareness of the benefits of exercise because I just talked to so many patients who have never really had any sporty background, athletics background, they've just left school, got a job, you know, and they've forgotten the sports that they used to enjoy, they've forgotten the activities that they used to like and so awareness of what's around, I mean there's an athletics club, there are rugby clubs, football clubs, there's cycling tracks there, you know, there's walking routes. There's a lot in Bracknell, but it feels like lifestyle pressures of life mitigate against exercise. You know, people want to go home, shut the door and especially over winter, just shut the doors and watch TV and, you know, go to bed and start again tomorrow because their jobs are everything to them. you
