Your care providers during the summer months, what role do they play? I would say the best way, I definitely have face to face meetings with my care providers But the fact that they have adapted and being able to have Zoom calls with the unreliable transportation, I feel like that is a bonus or really an asset in making sure that my health stays in a good position and also making sure that we continue or are able to maintain a comfortable relationship between each other. I would say with my health care providers. Sure. And lastly, in this section, what would a healthy summer look like for you personally? What are you hoping to achieve or maintain in the summer? I feel like the main goal for the summer is just being able to really take extra precaution with my body and really listening to my body's needs as the heat rises and increases. Like I said, staying hydrated, making sure that I'm taking a lot of water, having electrolytes to make sure that I'm not getting lightheaded or experiencing any dizziness that's going to contribute to any long-term conditions that could develop from the lack of iron or just a lack of energy in general and nutrition in general. And keeping a balanced routine so that way I am staying active in some sort of way. So just making sure that even if I do decrease my days with exercising, I'm still being consistent within the exercises that I'm doing, and I'm always building muscle, building strength, because that also contributes to my mental strength as well. You know, it all works together.
