Now, how do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire you to challenge or change your approach to health and think about routine, energy levels or well-being? Well, I like summer because days are longer and it's warm out so you can get outside and and getting more physical activity put inside. And I used to always love summer because I was a construction inspector. And when summertime hit, we'd do lots of asphalt paving. So we'd be working from before the sun came up till the sun went down, walking beside the machine or bending over, measuring things, back and forth, back and forth. And I liked the money of getting all the overtime. So I, you know, summer days were, you know, my time of year. I love the summer. Amazing, all right. Do you find that holidays or travel either at home or abroad in summer affect how you manage your health? And if so, in what way? Well, like you said, it's harder not to drink because you go to family gatherings or company picnics or even, you know, on the job, you know, people you want to go out after work to get a drink or whatever. So, it's tough to, you know, not consume alcohol or drugs or whatever with people that want, you know, want to pull you down. You got to be extra careful, you know, and just being around, you usually see more people, you go on vacation, you know, It's it's tempting to interact and go to a bar or you know. I read on the beach that people were drinking out you and you want to beer and it's always you won't want to beer you want to beer. I find it's a lot of conversations. I always people always want to talk about beer and how drunk they got how drunk they're going to get, you know, it's a big conversation thing which I don't like to get into. So you got to be conscious of where you're at and what you're doing at all times. You can't let yourself slip at one thing because one slip up and you know you could you could be dead or you could be in jail or even worse you could hurt somebody else. So it's very important to stay on your toes and be conscious of what you know your surroundings.
