OK, so first question is, how do you feel about summer? Does it inspire you, challenge you or change your approach to health? Think about your routine, energy levels, energy levels or well-being. Summer, it doesn't, I love summer. It can be hot, but as far as my health and things like that, it's like it's no schedule sometimes with the summer. Like the video says, sometimes you, with all the cookouts and all the parties and stuff, you can always just slip into eating unhealthy and things like that. But what I do love about summer is that it's a lot of the fruits that I like, I enjoy are in season. So I do tend to make a lot of fruit salads and things like that. I do enjoy being outside, even though outside don't enjoy me. I get burnt real bad because I had skin cancer. But I do enjoy being out on my deck. Like I have a screen and deck out back and me and my husband always sit out there. We just talk, watch TV. We do everything out there in the summertime so it's just a nice time for us. So I do enjoy the long days and nights of the summer just being with family and friends and things like that. Self-care is always a big thing for me so just sticking to my self-care regimen things like that so I enjoy summer.
