So physical activity in the summer, are there particular things you do differently to stay well? Well, you know, since I've since I started losing weight about a year ago, I have a level that I maintain now. So every day I get on the scale. I have a program on my phone that keeps track of all those things. But my choices for food probably stay about the same. Once in a while I'll get something. I'll splurge, as they say. But mostly I stick to what I should be eating. I eat more salads in the summer because vegetables are more plentiful locally, and so that part I really like. But no, I don't deviate too much in the summer versus the winter. Sure, you know, thank you very much. Summer can also be a social season, you know, with events, food and more spontaneity. In the summer, like July and August, church kind of slows down because people travel, vacations, children go on trips, so on and so forth. So because of that, I actually kind of slowed down in the summer versus the wintertime. So summer, summer, summer doesn't really mean that I'm out doing a lot more, it means I'm actually spending a little time with me instead of with other people. Excellent, thank you very much. Now moving on with the same theme as it were, think you
