If you were encouraging someone else to prioritize their health in the autumn, what advice would you give them based on your own insights and your own experience? Yeah. I think the main advice is, like, don't forget about your health, don't forget about your mental health, you know, that, you know, the colder weather can impact your mental health. So stay in touch with friends and family, do something that interests you like take up a hobby or something like that, that you are interested in to keep yourself busy. You know, you know, messages around the five ways to well being which were out there some time ago about taking notice, being active, keeping in touch, stay connected, yeah those sort of messages basically. Excellent and indeed that messaging will be very very resonant and how do you personally stay motivated or connected to healthy habits during this time of the year? I mean is there a particular behavior mindset or even a tool that that's that helps you? For me I mean the tools that I use are mainly like online so looking at you know apps to make sure that you know the apps which count your steps and things like that or some of the other health parameters and looking at reading up things online like looking at the NHS websites or other social media platforms like Instagram and things where you get like videos about health and other people sharing their experiences so that motivates me as well I think like platforms like Instagram and things where you can get quick access to short videos, which are very interesting and those and experiences that motivates me to see you know the changes people have made, the diets they're trying or the physical activity they're trying and the impact that it's had on their health. I think that is also quite motivating for people because you're spending more time I feel indoors you're spending more time looking up things online.
