So moving on to spring, a time often seen as a period for new beginnings. What health-related changes or intentions do you notice patients considering right now? Yeah, we do find as spring starts, people are beginning to feel that there's hope on the horizon for it to get a bit warmer. We're starting to see the new blooms coming out in the trees and the plants all looking fresh and invigorating. So for some, they do start to feel actually now is time to start taking action to get out a little bit more, start enjoying and getting into the countryside or just looking out in the back garden and seeing the changes in nature. So sometimes there is a shift with the lighter mornings as well, a bit more energy and people being willing to to start their day a bit better and maybe find things to do within the community or reconnect with their friends. And have you noticed any health resolutions in spring where patients have made these resolutions and have been successful? Yeah we do find that there's a greater engagement with going to the gym, there's more willingness to start a walking group to start taking part in some more physical activities because it's just a bit warmer and lighter for people to be starting to go out. We'll always find again around Bracknell that there are walking groups that people can start participating with and there seems like there's more groups because people are more willing to go out and join them but there's always activities taking place around Bracknell that people are more likely to start engaging with.
