Excellent. Thank you very much. And are there any personal goals that you hope to start as the season changes? I mean, this could relate to an activity, diet, you have touched on the diet, mindset or daily habits? Yes, actually, it's funny that you mentioned that because I am actually just starting to journal. Oh, nice, thank you very much. Yeah. So that's the one major change for me that the eating habits and but I also try to be outside more so that I can soak in some sun because, you know, darker skinned people tend to need more sun for the, you know, vitamin D factors. And so I, you know, try to do that more often as well. Excellent and have you ever made a health resolution in the spring that really worked for you and what helped make it a success for you? Well, I did last year. I had brain surgery last year, February 15th. And once I had the brain surgery. When it started, I started venturing out more and that's when I started to make more resolutions for myself to be more active because I was in so much pain for so long I could not. So I started becoming more active. I lost a lot of weight and I'm still losing so that I can reach my goal of being under 200 pounds.
