Have you ever made a health resolution in the spring that really worked for you and what helped make it a success for you? Okay, that's a great question because this is when, I also have a birthday in June, so I'm usually thinking, how do I want to look on my birthday? Do I want to drop 10 pounds? Would I like to get my hair a different color? What can I do to make me better? So that's kind of when I start thinking about ways to improve upon. And yeah, I started taking one of these semi-glutides, am I saying it right? Injectables for weight loss. And that has been a beautiful thing. It's helped me tremendously. Excellent. And if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health this spring, in the spring, what would you say to them? I mean, what kind of motivation or support would you share with them? Well, I would like to ask someone if they wanted to go start walking with me and if they had the capability of walking and if so, what was their comfort level? Because somebody who's a fast walker may not want to walk with me. somebody who's just casually walking, we could do that. But just motivating them to get out and just get some fresh air. We can have conversations, socialization and exercise. I would ask kindly if they wanted to partake. Excellent, thank you very much. And thinking about the kinds of behaviors and attitudes that support good health, Is there one that really speaks to you right now? And why that one? And what are you doing, if anything, to act on it? Well, I know that if you ignore your health, it will go away. That could be a mantra almost, because if I'm not paying attention to a lot of things, and I'm very in tune with my body, So when I feel that something's not quite right, I might say to my PCP, hey, could I get a blood draw and let's do some labs? And sure enough, I'm low on magnesium of all things. Like, where did that come from? But so you kind of know your body, act as an advocate. And I do want to live on this planet as long as I can healthily and independently. That's important.
