Spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings, what health-related changes or intentions are you considering right now for spring? my diet. I'm diabetic and I had to change my eating habits. So during the spring I really have to drink more water and fruit cools me down too when I eat fruit. But definitely my eating habits I need to change because of my health, because of my um diabetes okay amazing next question um are you having to hold the phone or can you put it down because it's wobbling a bit you can put no you have to hold it you know what i don't have a stain i wish i had a stain okay wait a minute okay how about now now that's good that's good are there any personal goals you're hoping to start or restart as the season changes into spring and this could relate to activity, diet, mindset, daily habits, personal goals you're hoping to start or restart? Oh yes definitely um you know I need to do a lot better I mean I exercise and stuff right but I definitely want to work on better my my eating habits because I want sweet so bad, but you know, you could maybe have a one sweet time because I'm right. But I'm trying, like I said, I'm drinking a lot of water and I just need to get on a chain. I just need to get better with my eating, my exercise. I walk everywhere, and I do know I do that. But yeah, before the weather changed, I just wanted to met my goal to eat, you know, to eat right. And it's not easy, you know, when you're poor. I mean, let me keep it real. When you're poor, you just get the things that you can afford. So I don't really eat that much, but I do need to do my morning. I can snack in afternoon and then I can have my dinner and then I can have like a snack because sometimes even if a big meal, I start feeling hungry again. So my doctor explained to me, you know, you can snack, you know, like because I wake up in the middle of the night and I'm craving. And my medicine, one of my medicines make me do that, I'm taking Seroquel. So my psychiatrist, you know, said that that's one of the medicines that's making me crave any more, even more, because, you know, my doctor always fussing at me, but that's one of my goals the most. Amazing. All right. Next question is, have you ever made a health resolution in spring that really worked for you and what helped make it a success? My walking. My walking. My legs are stronger and I have sciatic nerve damage. So I just got off my cane. I just, and I had the injection and, you know, they put it in the spine and it goes to the nerve and, you know, you can actually feel it going down. I have been walking everywhere, everywhere. And what was the second question? No, what made it work for you? What resolution made it work for you? That walking, because I was on the cane so long, but that walking, that's what's doing it. My legs have gone down and they're starting to look a little better because my legs are really big and I can actually see the results of my legs and I can feel the result of my legs being strong. Amazing, that's really really meaningful.
