That's okay. These are the ups and downs of life. Next question. Longer days, shorter nights can disrupt routines. Talked about that a bit. Have you noticed any changes in your sleep or energy levels over the summer and how do you cope with that? So I think my sleep is affected in summer. I often sleep worse because it's hot and but actually I find it easier to get up in summer months because it's light outside and it's warm so I don't feel as like I want to be curled up in bed for in like the dark mornings. So I feel like I probably get less sleep and I'm also affected by hay fever quite a lot which can be a bit uncomfortable but I don't I don't feel like I suffer from it in summer. I feel like I might actually need less sleep anyway. All right cool next question is what changes do you notice in your food choices or physical activity in summer and are there any particular things that you do differently to stay well? I probably eat a lot more fruit in summer because I feel like it's just you fancy it more when it's hot weather. I eat lighter food so for lunch I'd probably have salads whereas in winter or colder months I won't fancy that. So I feel like with my eating I feel like I'm actually healthier in summer months because I'm less hungry when it's hot or what I do want is just lighter food.
