Thanks Robert, that's really wise words. I don't want to make a big deal about it, but is there any way you can put the camera higher on something? Because it's really nice to see you more. I'm trying to get the angle better, is that all right? It's a nice angle, yeah. Now, longer days and shorter nights can disrupt routines. We know that how have you noticed any changes in your sleep or energy levels in summer with that with that issue and how do you cope with that well it does cut in your sleep because when you get home from work after a long day you have stuff that you have to do at home you know between you doing your chores or watching your favorite show or or you know taking a shower and getting ready for it you know if you'd work a 12-hour day then you know you only got four hours of transportation time and then personal time before you get your 80-hour sleep. So, you know, it does disrupt your sleep pattern, but it gives you more activity during the day. So, it sort of bounces out because you get worn out from being out there. But, you know, it does disrupt your sleep patterns and your activity patterns are increased because, you know, the increased daylight and, like I said, the opportunity to get overtime and stuff. So, So the sleep is very important. When I was a kid, I never realized how important sleep was. Now that I'm older, it's very important that you get some proper rest because your body needs it. And your brain needs it to reset. I never realized how important it is to get proper sleep and also make sure that you dream because your mental health depends on your dreaming. So if you don't get into a dream, if you're not comfortable when you lay down, you're not gonna get the proper rest and you're not gonna get the proper dream. so you're not gonna get the health benefits that you need.
