Longer days and shorter nights can disrupt routines. Have you noticed any changes in your sleep or energy levels and how do you cope with that? That was something that I had to really work on, which I do now. body really needs, I think for me, a six hour thing for people. But I think if you get up the same day all the time, it helps you. I retired two years ago. And I said, you know what, I don't have a clock anymore. You know, it's time for me to live, you know, the life that you know, you live when you're growing up, you know, but you're so your mindset, everything is different. So I think if you put a calendar or a time frame, let's say on yourself, it's healthier. You know, if you're tired at 10 o'clock and you're used to going to bed at 11, go to bed, right? If you get up at five and you're not really ready to get up, it's okay to lay back down, but sleep hygiene, especially I wear a CPAP, I'm not sure if anyone else, you know, will have that issue, but it's really important for your brain to get enough sleep and for your wellbeing. When you're tired, you can't function right.
