Now, do you set yourselves any personal goals for your health during winter? If so, what are they and how do you go about reaching them? Yeah, so I've actually, the past couple winters, which actually funny enough was something that started through LifeBridge Health. They do like a winter wellness challenge where they want you to like just maintain your current weight over the winter time. So they excuse me give you different like activities to do and things to think about that you can do to try to help with just maintaining. So it's not necessarily about losing but just being able to maintain over the winter and over the holidays. That's something I have found very helpful and something that like over the winter time, that's something I'm like, okay, even if I can just maintain, like, I don't need to lose weight, but I could maintain weight and maintain some healthy habits. And being able to think consciously about, okay, if I'm making, you know, a meal, can I swap out more whole wheat? Can I swap out and less sugar? What else can I substitute in cooking that can help with these things? And that's something we are very mindful of, especially with holidays. So I think keeping those those habits up and being able to, you know, really think about those things and have those goals aligned really are helpful over the winter time and and again just trying to maintain.
