OK, well, I try not to put on weight over winter because I know how easy it is to go to fish and chips on a Friday night because you don't feel like cooking. You know, don't do that often, but or take away curry or whatever pizzas, you know, easy to order food, easy to make food because you're just tired and a bit blue at the end of a winter day. So try not to go down that route. Those are the sort of strategies, if you like, try and come up with not to go down the route of comfort eating. Yeah, so that's the health goal, really. And just watch out for the mental health not to go down because it's darker days. and yeah. And if you could give someone advice about staying healthy in the winter, based on your own experience, your own perspective, what would you tell them? Physical activity is more difficult, but I would still recommend it. Try and get out for walks, trying to do something that gets you out of the house and gets the blood circulating. I think perhaps social activity is very important over winter as much as you can stay in connection with friends and family, join a club, do something that keeps you connected with others and yeah develop friendships or maintain friendships as best as you can over winter because getting isolated I think is, overwinter is a lot easier to happen, because you're not going out as much, not connecting with people as much.
