Absolutely, and what kind of support do you find helpful or wish you had to get through the winter healthily? I mean, this could include support from professionals, community, peers, friends. I think more support from the community and from peers would be good because if people could still keep in touch during, you know, winters, you wouldn't be isolated. So I feel like people generally tend to be in contact less during winter. But if we could still keep in touch and, you know, hear from your peers, that would be good. Also, yeah, it's always good to hear from health professionals, but I just feel like we don't have access to health professionals much in this country. So it's only when things are really quite serious or quite bad that you actually go and see a health professional. So it would be good, like having a community where you could speak to health professionals, you know, get their advice, get tips from them on what you could do to stay healthy, just get the general law. If you feel feeling stressed about a particular health condition, or you feel like you're healthy, not that healthy, when you want some to speak to some professional about it. I think we don't have that access in the UK, it's very difficult to just speak to a health professional, whereas in other countries, it's a lot easier. And you can get that reassurance from them that okay, you're on the right track, or you can do certain tests and things. Whereas here, it's very difficult to get access to that health care. Absolutely. And with that in mind, do you set yourself any personal goals for your health during the winter? And if so, would you like to share them with your community and how do you go about reaching them? For me, it's not so much the start of winter, but it's usually in the new year, so like January, the first of January, where I'd make a resolution, okay, I want to lose weight this year, I want to be more physically active this year. So I think a lot of people around me as well, tend to make those resolutions on the first of January or like towards the new year. So I think making sure my community around that time to share what your goals are, what your resolutions are. We usually keep in contact through WhatsApp and other, you know, texting and things like that. So making sure that you include that, you know, the health goals or the resolutions in conversations as well to make sure that everyone, that you're staying in touch and you're motivating others as well. just remembering to keep in touch because it can be quite isolating in winter or if you're not meeting people as much and you tend to spend more time at home. So just making sure that you, you know, check in with a friend or keep in contact. Yeah. Absolutely staying in contact and maintaining that connectivity and communication.
