Thank you. And do the patients set goals, personal goals for themselves during the winter? Have you noticed that? We'll encourage some personal goals over the winter. It's harder, I think, for them to think of a personal goal over the winter time but again with some help and support we can work with them to manage that because we can't always say oh let's wait three months until it gets warmer because that's a very long time and we want to encourage people to try and set personal goals to start their journey to improve their health and well-being. And if you could give someone advice about staying healthy in winter, what would you say to them? I mean, I would say, you know, be kind to yourself, try not to set too many higher goals, but think of something, maybe one thing to start with that you can do and that you'll feel comfortable with, to then be able to move on to another goal, but take it gradually and don't be too disappointed if things aren't working out as you wanted, but there's always opportunities to try again and keep reinforcing those positive behaviours where possible. And you mentioned your role in supporting patients, community members, what else could healthcare providers do differently to better support people during the winter? There is always, I guess there's always opportunities for people to link to others. Again, if they're digitally minded, we know they can still link online to services and stay connected, whether it's through Zoom meetings or just telephone calls through their handheld devices and seek that support because it is out there and obviously if somebody is less digitally minded then it may be possible to set up you know telephone conversations and telephone connections for them during that winter time and also you know just make sure they still take notice of things and try and find ways that they can remain as connected as possible with their physical health and their well-being over the winter.
