Um, the one thing that I really, really love about summer is cooking out on the grill and it's so much healthier. I don't eat fast food, I don't eat takeout. Um, the most you'll see me eating that, um, eating out is some is like sushi or, um, um, seafood. That's my favorite. Um, so I, that's the best thing. And if you can't get out to grill, get one of those indoor ones that sit on your countertop. the same effect, same thing. And, you know, it's so much healthier. And I also like to put like the wood chips that they cook with in like a smoker. I don't have a smoker. I live in an apartment. So I get them and I put them in the pan with some water and let them soak. And I put the in a roasting pan and I put the grill rack over on top of it and put the meat on that and put it in the oven on broil. There's so many different healthy options to eating during this time of year that
