Just knowing, kind of like to piggyback on what I said originally, knowing that the days are starting to decrease in the sunlight, you know, it makes me long for summer and spring again because I like when it's light and longer. So I just try to prepare myself to surround myself with light and good things and stay stay active again, make decisions about what I'm eating because now the food shift can get a little heavier, if you will. So instead of eating something heavy, I might go with a soup, a vegetable soup, excuse me, which is healthy, not so heavy. So trying to make modifications about how the skin cooler and don't start getting the potatoes and this and snacks and all, I try not to do all of that. So again, maintaining my physical level of activity is important too. Absolutely. It's all about maintaining the level of activities that really, really you are, you know, doing. Now, next question is, on that note, do you find yourself preparing physically, mentally for the colder months ahead? I know you alluded to some of that And what does that look like for you? Truthfully, it definitely makes it, I feel a change coming on in my whole system. I think it really alters my sleep patterns. It does. I probably wanna go to sleep a lot earlier than I normally would in the spring, summer, fall, as we head into winter. And the other things that arrive, starting with November in the fall are holidays. And as we all know, holidays can be fun and they can also be stressful for lots of reasons. So I'm preparing myself for all of those dynamics and say, okay, what are your options? You can go to Panama, stay gone the whole winter. That sounds good to me, but actually just trying to get myself ready for the change and not allow myself to get depressed. As I see it coming sometimes, it's like, oh, wow. Turn the clocks back. When they turn them back, I feel, ugh. Yeah. Thank you very much.
